Bithumb, a top cryptocurrency exchange in South Korea, has introduced new listings for SONIC SVM, SAFE (in the KRW market), and AHT. This announcement triggered an increase in the market prices of both $SONIC and $SAFE.

<\/span>New Listings on Bithumb<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The exchange stated that users can start depositing and withdrawing $SONIC, $SAFE, and $AHT within three hours of the announcement. Trading for $SONIC and $SAFE will kick off at 4:00 PM on January 10, 2025, while AHT will start trading at 2:00 PM on the same day.<\/span><\/p>\n

The opening prices have been established at 1,110 won for $SONIC, 1,376 won for $SAFE, and 9.788 won for $AHT. Notably, $SONIC and $AHT require 20 deposit confirmations, while $SAFE requires 33 confirmations for transaction security.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sonic SVM (SONIC) operates on the Solana network, SAFE is on Ethereum, and AHT is supported by Luniverse. The required confirmations for deposits are 20 for SONIC and AHT, and 33 for SAFE as detailed in the official notice<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

To maintain a safe trading experience, Bithumb has implemented standard measures for all three tokens. Buying orders cannot be placed for the first five minutes of trading, and selling orders can only occur within a price range of -10% to +100% of the base price. Automated orders will become accessible only after the initial trading has commenced.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Post-announcement Price Increases for SONIC, SAFE, and AHT<\/span><\/h2>\n

After the listing announcement, the market prices for SONIC and SAFE rose significantly. $SAFE increased by 11.72% to $1.06, with a notable 184.25% rise in 24-hour trading volume, which reached $57.03 million. SAFE’s current market cap stands at $490.29 million.<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently, $SONIC is priced at $0.8434, reflecting a 4.6% uptick. Despite a 24-hour market volume decrease of 26.72 to $575.52 million, its market cap remains solid at $303.63 million.<\/span><\/p>\n

The AHT token also experienced an increase, trading up by 52.48% to $0.01042. AHT’s 24-hour trading volume skyrocketed by 322.03% to $414.46 million, giving it a market cap of $60.69 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
