In November 2024, Dango secured $3.6 million<\/strong> in seed funding from prominent investors including Hack VC and Lemniscap, with participation from Delphi Ventures and Cherry Ventures. Beyond active trading functionalities, Dango introduces passive market-making vaults for users who prefer not to engage in trading. Depositors in these vaults can earn a share of protocol fees and points earned during each epoch.<\/p>\n

Dango has announced an upcoming token airdrop aligned with the launch of its governance token, DNG. Half of the total supply will be allocated to the community. Participants can accumulate points over a maximum of 37 weeks, in weekly epochs, with the initial token generation event (TGE) expected in the fourth quarter of 2025. Points will be awarded based on the trading activity during each epoch, as well as contributions to vaults and referrals.<\/p>\n
