Boson Protocol is an efficient, optimistic fair-exchange protocol which enables the decentralized commercial exchange of any physical thing, without centralized intermediaries or trusted counterparties. Redeemable NFTs (rNFTs) can be thought of as forward contracts for physical things, programmed within smart contracts. rNFTs can be held, transferred or traded like any other NFT.<\/p>\n

Fermion is a system for incentivizing the tokenization of all verified physical RWAs into an onchain fractional market. Fermion\u2019s exchange mechanism leverages trusted third parties to verify and custody assets, in order to enable maximum capital efficiency.<\/p>\n

  2. Connect your Ethereum wallet.<\/li>\n
  3. You will need BOSON. You can get it on KuCoin.<\/li>\n
  4. Now, stake your BOSON tokens between 4th March and 31st March 2024.<\/li>\n
  5. Staked Boson tokens will be unlocked from 1st Sept 2024.\u00a0 The release of Boson tokens is subject to an approximately 90 day cooldown period for a gradual withdrawal after campaign ending.<\/li>\n
  6. 1 FMION for every 1 BOSON staked<\/li>\n
  7. FMION tokens are used by participants to govern Fermion Protocol, ensuring consensus around critical decisions and the issuance of funds from the dCommerce DAO.<\/li>\n
  8. The current duration is 180 days, so it will take 180 days for your staked BOSON to be unlocked.<\/li>\n
  9. FMION tokens will be distributed from 3rd March 2025 and released with a 12-month linear vesting (so initial 1\/12 of Fermion received and tradeable in March 2025, then further 1\/12ths released each month for 12 months).<\/li>\n
