Marvin Sunday, a developer on the XRP Ledger known as @MarvinSunday4, has accused RippleX and Ripple of failing to compensate participants of the XRPL Ambassadorship program. The program officially ended on December 20, 2023, and Marvin’s claims have cast doubt on the effectiveness of Ripple’s community engagement strategies.

Developer Exposes Ripple

Sunday took to social media to express his frustration over the lack of financial rewards promised by Ripple for participating in the Ambassadorship program. Despite completing all required tasks and projects, Marvin and other participants have not received their due compensation, causing financial strain on individuals who relied on these rewards.

Marvin provided evidence to support his claims, including email confirmations, event links, pictures, and project details. He highlighted his efforts to communicate with RippleX representatives, citing unresolved issues in payments and communication delays.

Public Outcry and Response

After failed attempts to resolve the matter privately, Sunday made his grievances public, urging Ripple to address the ongoing payment delays. In response, a representative from Ripple explained that technical difficulties had affected the ambassador portal, causing delays in processing payments.
