Ripple Expands Its Global Reach with New Institutional Partnerships
Ripple has recently announced two significant partnerships aimed at enhancing its services for global financial institutions. The first collaboration is with DriveWealth, a brokerage platform that provides access to U.S. markets. This agreement focuses on the utilization of Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin, which will be integrated into the investment transaction flow.

DriveWealth Partnership Details
Under this partnership, DriveWealth plans to integrate Ripple’s stablecoin infrastructure to enable the use of RLUSD on the XRP Ledger for settlement transactions in Europe. Moreover, there are plans to expand this service to the U.S. at a later stage. The collaboration will also improve cross-border funding options via Ripple Payments, along with offering digital asset custody services in Europe.
DriveWealth’s existing infrastructure supports more than 100 partners globally, which broadens the potential impact of this integration. However, Ripple has indicated that it is not yet certain that all partners will adopt RLUSD simultaneously.
Strategic Alliance with Meritz Securities
In addition, Ripple has entered into a strategic agreement with Meritz Securities, a prominent brokerage firm in South Korea. This partnership will focus on leveraging institutional custody and tokenization infrastructure within capital markets.
Areas under evaluation by Meritz include spot ETFs, security tokens, and won-denominated stablecoins, although these products are not yet publicly available. While both partnerships aim to extend Ripple’s institutional reach, the companies have not disclosed any immediate, measurable impacts on the XRP token price.
As Ripple continues to forge these partnerships, the developments signify its commitment to increasing adoption within the financial sector. Stakeholders and investors are keenly observing how these collaborations will unfold in the coming months.
