Bitcoin and Two Altcoins: Is the Downturn Ending?

Recent market trends indicate a downturn for cryptocurrencies, with Bitcoin (BTC) falling below $82,000 and Ethereum (ETH) dropping to approximately $2,400. However, analyst Ali Martinez suggests that Bitcoin, Hyperliquid (HYPE), and Zcash (ZEC) might be on the verge of recovery as technical indicators signal potential buying opportunities.

Bitcoin’s Recovery Potential

Martinez highlighted that Bitcoin recently lost about 2.8% after hitting $85,000, as indicated by the TD Sequential indicator, which provided a sell signal. Following this, the TD Sequential has now generated a buy signal, indicating that the recent correction may soon come to an end and a recovery could be forthcoming.

Hyperliquid’s Key Support Level

In his analysis, Martinez also analyzed Hyperliquid, noting a similar trend. The TD Sequential indicated a sell signal at a peak around $82, which was followed by a price drop of 4.22%. Currently, a buy signal has emerged on the hourly chart. The analyst suggests that if HYPE can maintain its position above $78, it may be poised to recover towards the $82 mark and potentially higher.

Zcash’s Critical Support Concern

For Zcash, Martinez observed analogous movements. The TD Sequential initially provided a sell signal near a local peak of about $1,350, leading to a 6.44% pullback. However, with the current buy signal, focus is now on the $1,250 support level. If ZEC can sustain its value above this threshold, it has the potential to rebound towards its previous high around $1,350.

Despite these optimistic signals, investors are reminded that market conditions can change rapidly, and it’s essential to conduct thorough research before making investment decisions.
