Recent revelations have surfaced regarding significant asset outflows from Binance-related wallets, prompting scrutiny over the selling activities of wallets linked to an alleged attacker. Reports indicate that billions of dollars have been moved, with particular focus on transactions involving UNI and PEPE tokens on the decentralized exchange, Uniswap.
Selling Activity Uncovered
Tracking data has highlighted a substantial transaction involving approximately 68.01 billion PEPE tokens. This amount was reportedly moved from a wallet identified as a Binance hot wallet to a liquidity pool, subsequently converting about 135.34 WETH into ETH. This transaction resulted in an estimated value of $307.7 thousand in ETH.

Transaction Breakdown
Earlier records of transactions involving the UNI token revealed various exchanges across Uniswap’s V2, V3, and V4 pools, including pairings with USDT and WBTC. These transactions have contributed significantly to the alarming asset outflows.
Magnitude of Outflows
Overall, around $5.64 billion in assets have reportedly exited Binance-affiliated wallets across six different blockchains. Within this total, the vast majority—approximately $3.53 billion—was withdrawn from Ethereum, followed by $1.45 billion from bitcoin and $627.83 million from the Tron network. Smaller amounts were also noted on Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base, totaling about $38.42 million.
Assets Involved
The reported outflows cover a broad range of assets, including USDT, BTC, USDC, and ETH, as well as ALTs like RLUSD, wBETH, UNI, XAUt, ENA, PEPE, LINK, and USD1.
Ongoing Analysis Indications
On-chain analysis has revealed further details, suggesting that a wallet identified as “Binance 14” authorized a smart contract tied to the attacker through EIP-7702. Notably, on October 30, at 00:44 UTC+3, this wallet processed a deposit of 200 million USDT, which was soon followed by the transfer of 200.4 million USDT, 369.8 ETH, and approximately 12 other tokens to another address. While the USDT transfer was blocked due to the recipient’s address being frozen, the ETH and other tokens proceeded unhindered.
The unfolding situation continues to raise concerns in the cryptocurrency community, as the implications of such massive asset movements are still being assessed.
