Bitcoin Market Signals Show Potential for Reversal
Recent analysis from cryptocurrency market expert CW indicates that despite a decline in Bitcoin’s price, some demand indicators suggest a potential reversal may be underway. Although the futures market has seen a slight dip in demand compared to the previous day, the spot demand has shown marked improvement, narrowing its negative value significantly.
The current data on spot demand, while not yet positive, reflects a shift. This indicator, which has remained in negative territory for an extended period, is now approaching zero. This development is interpreted as a sign that investors are beginning to balance the selling pressure by actively purchasing Bitcoin.

While it’s important to consider that futures demand can be influenced by leveraged trading positions, spot demand is a more reliable gauge of ongoing purchasing power in the market. Strong price recoveries are typically supported by actual spot purchases, rather than relying solely on futures trading activity.
According to CW, a movement of this indicator into positive territory could significantly bolster Bitcoin’s upward momentum. However, as it stands, the current data only indicates a slowdown in the decline of demand without confirming an outright reversal.
