Bearish Outlook for Chainlink as Analyst Predicts Possible 30% Correction
Crypto analyst Ali Martinez has raised concerns over the future of Chainlink (LINK), warning that the altcoin may face a significant price correction of around 30%. His analysis suggests that a bearish pattern known as a head and shoulders (H&S) is emerging on Chainlink’s 4-hour price chart.
Technical Indicators Point to Potential Decline
Martinez’s technical analysis indicates that if the H&S pattern completes, it could lead to considerable selling pressure on Chainlink. He identified the $12 mark as a critical support level for investors to monitor. Should LINK sustain closures below this point, it could confirm the formation of this bearish trend.

Projected Price Movements
If the price fails to hold above the $12 support level, Martinez foresees an initial drop to approximately $10. The analyst anticipates potential sideways movement in this area, followed by renewed selling pressure. He mentions that the primary target of this pattern is set at around $8.50, which would signify a decline of roughly 30% from the critical support level.
For this bearish scenario to unfold effectively, Chainlink must decisively break below the $12 threshold. Currently, investors are advised to remain vigilant as market conditions evolve.
